This 2-unit sustainably minded rowhouse development is located in the vibrant southeast Cliston St. neightborhood. It is designed to compliment the existing house to the south. Each unit has 3 efficient yet spacious floors of living. The north unit is designed to accommodate a roof deck and accessory dwelling unit. The upper floors have views to downtown and the Tualatin Mtns.
