MISSISSIPPI COMMONS

This conglomeration of warehouses was renovated into a retail core on N Mississippi Ave. We completed a feasibility study which culminated in a DOS study through PDC. We then designed, permitted and finished construction documents for the project before a construction manager was brought on to see the project through completion. The building also required a seismic upgrade.
