This once crumbling warehouse in Portland's NW Alphabet District was refurbished and added on to for the non-profit company Ecotrust. The unreinforced masonry structure required extensive seismic upgrades. An existing brick and timber annex building was deconstructed to provide lumber for the reconstruction and brick for the salvage resale market.
