A renovation of a 25,000 sf warehouse now provides sales offices and a showroom for fine used European cars. Located on Macadam Ave., which is busy with commuter traffic, the owner wanted to provide more visibility for the business. The site is on the banks of the Willamette River and in a Greenway District which provided a lush canvas on which to punctuate a series of brightly colored natural pine elements.
