ENTERPRISE BUILDING
Portland OR, 2004
Working within the guidelines of the State Historic Preservation Organization and the US Department of the Interior, this 3-story warehouse was renovated with some modern touches. As an unreinforced masonry building, seismic upgrades were provided through shotcrete shear walls and perimeter timber frames for out-of-plane. It houses offices on the upper floors and a bar in the basement.
