Responsibilities during the design phases of this 16-story, 114 unit mixed-use building in Portland's Peal District included managing Holst's integration with the design team. A design partnership between Ankrom Moisan Archittects, I project managed the "front end" process for Holst by developing floor plans and completing coordination of all the "random" facade patterns with those plans.
